"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

The rooms are big, beautiful, well-equipped and clean, the breakfast is stellar (with hand-picked products from local artisans), there are many attractions nearby, and Brigitte's recommendations are always spot on. "Good location, near Honfleur. Plenty of parking available, and although I don't speak French and the member of staff on reception didn't speak much English, we managed really well! She was very friendly and we had a good stay. Nice shower, plenty of hot water and nice to have a balcony."

"Booked into this hotel at the last moment because of a last minute change of plans. Only stayed one night, just wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting just a few minutes walk from Jumierges Abbey (go early before the day visitors arrive!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Just wish we had had enough time to use the very inviting swimming pool!"
