"What a superb little place, not so little as the dog and I had the house to ourselves. If you want something which is quiet, safe, typically French and within a 10 minute walk of a fab bistro in the village then this is for you. Host was superb, great communication and attention. Would highly recommend as a pit stop if driving from UK to Spain."

"Excellent stay in a lovely place with a wonderful breakfast"

"Amazing stay and staff ! Best hotel in Loire Valley"

"Clean room, friendly staff, free parking, yummy breakfast."

"Beautiful property."

"It’s an old building… with an overgrown garden like an haunted mansion. First impression was to run… seemed like a horror movie set. Old furniture with dantesque paintings in this dark manor. BUT… we stayed as was only a motorway stop. Dinner was in the middle of the garden… and food was AMAZING. Room was super specious and super clean… with all the accessories. Breakfast was generous and well presented in a room from 1830!! Great value for money… and super well connected to lovely locations...

"This is a real gem in a small town of Azay-le-Rideau. Beautiful castle nearby. Great dining options. The manager helped with reservations."

"Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great restaurant"

"All very good"

"Hotel was lovely but abit out of town"

"Friendly and helpful staff good food Easy booking in"

"Lovely stay for our honeymoon. Only detractor was the room sometimes smelled a bit damp, but that is not surprising given the age of the building."

"The room was spacious and clean. I didn’t use the pool gym or spa. Th hotel was a long way from Tours ,in the middle of nowhere, accessible by very confusing roads needing satellite navigation."

"Easy quick check in and nice room with AC which was excellent in this warm weather"

"Very clean room staff very nice and helpful all good"

"The hotel lived up to our expectations and was ideal as a centre from which to tour that part of France. The one small drawback was that it was a little out of the centre of Azay-le-Rideau to which it took a good 15 minutes to walk."

"Great budget hotel, clean, friendly and comfortable beds. Ideal place for an overnight stay."

"Great staff and service. Walking distance from Castle."

"Room clean and quite quiet for such a large hotel, bar at Styles very good as is the restaurant, and the staff really friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here again."

"Phenomenal stay out on the country. Superb dinners, too. A transcendent experience out in the country. Thank you! Merci!"
