"We stayed here on our way through the west coast of France and it was the perfect place to stay in during our visit to La Rochelle. The hotel amenities were basic but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would recommend this as a stop over place."

The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"We received a great welcome by the staff who were very helpful and gave us all the information we required ( she had a wonderful gravelly voice). The staff member spoke clear slow french to make sure I understood ( but she also had very good English) the room was basic but had a sea view and air conditioning and toiletries so everything we needed. It is possible to swim across from the hotel ( we paddled) and a nice walk into the town centre/harbour Nice buffet breakfast the next morning and you could either sit inside or out on the terrace. The staff were lovely making it a nice relaxed stay , we would love to visit again"
