"Utterly magical slice of heaven created by Patrick and Christophe who were the most charming and kind hosts. Our room was large and beautifully appointed and the whole villa is stunning and enchantingly restored and decorated. Can’t recommend highly enough we will be back. We also ate the most incredible supper that we are both still talking about thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality,"

"We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel."

"We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy water. Our kids were a bit disappointed as they had been looking forward to it. Otherwise everything else was excellent."
