I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. The other front desk associate, Victoria, was very nice and was trying to help us locate another property. I called Hotels.com and they called the front desk. So close to train station but quiet as on other side of road. And less than a mile’s walk to the amphitheatre. Lovely terrasse at the back to sit and read in the sunshine. I definitely recommend. "
