When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken.

Whole property literally filthy, from the entrance, to reception, to lift, corridors and room. Expedia description v misleading. Frosty reception, rapid fire French. No feel for the many foreign guests. Condition of building dangerous, with faulty electrical installations. Not worth this (or any) price. Do not stay here. Also, hottest part of France, but no aircon. A chain hotel such as Etap or Novotel much better value.

Un séjour dans un cadre paisible et conviviale, avec un personnel très chaleureux, une literie impeccable, à proximité d'un casino, de restaurant et proche de commerce, l’Hôtel parfait pour un séjour en famille avec sa grande piscine très propre.
