Excellent stay just off main auto route, beautiful design classic rooms, lovely heated outside pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. Evening set menu was excellent with aperitifs on the terrace with the other guests. Continental breakfast was excellent and varied. Very dog friendly including the restaurant, we will be staying here again.

Loved the warm calm atmosphere. A magical supper served to us on tables outside on the lawn by delightful staff. The chateaux is full of beautiful fabrics/textures/colours. Just enough attention from the staff but we felt free to be left to ourselves. Lovely grounds to walk the dog and meet the resident goats and chickens.

Beautiful chateau with highly individual rooms and lots of quirky collectables throughout. We had a wonderful stay at the chateau and we were made to feel very welcome. The owners are very hands on and you can tell they are keen to offer their guests the very best experience. Dinner outside on the lawn was very special and the quality of the food was excellent. The swimming pool was also much appreciated as the temperature in France when we stayed was incredibly hot. We would certainly come back to this chateau again.

This is really a very special place. A beautiful French Chateau, the owners and their staff make you feel like very welcome guests in their home. We enjoyed aperitifs with the other guests and then a delicious meal in a beautiful dining room filled with antiques original features. Our bedroom was very beautiful, with a small boudoir over looking the park, claw foot bath and four poster bed. Would highly recommend, especially if you appreciate historic elegance.

Stunning property

The building is stunning. The room was great. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is super relaxing. Dogs are welcome and there is enough space for them to roam free. Maybe annoying if you don’t like dogs! Continental breakfast is very good but is a bit overpriced at €18. That’s the only complaint. Overall it’s a magical place.

We absolutely love this property. This is our 3rd stay here. It has olde world charm, beautiful ambiance, lovely staff, lots of amenities and dog friendly. What’s not to like. All guests meet for drinks prior to dinner and eat at the same time. Unusual, yes but it works.

We love this chateau, it’s informal despite being high end and with good value for money. The food is always delicious and they have a new chef this year with more exciting recipes. It’s pet friendly and our dog is allowed to roam. Every room is individually decorated over three floors. If I’m being picky, a second pillow on the bed would be great. But then, I’ve never asked for one.
