Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.

A wonderful lodge for the last night in France 🇫🇷 we wish we could have stayed longer. My children loved the little hide away bedroom and the roll top bath. Clemence offered an excellent dinner recommendation at a local craft beer tap room. The food was divine! As was the beer. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely breakfast and the owner/host was very friendly and helpful. Located in very quiet countryside. Bed very comfortable and slept well and property very clean. Our labrador didn't like the open stairs and so had to carry her, but very pet friendly.

The hotel was a chateau which had been completely refurbished about a year ago. Restaurant was great as was the breakfast. However the room we chose was a de lux garden view room but was far from being a garden view it looked over the court yard. The manager did offer to change our room the second night but as we were only there 2 nights I declined but he did treat us to cocktails so no complaints. A quiet, well-being, professional, horse loving retreat from the demands of our busy life around London. The views, room, healthy locally sourced meals and care in presentation are a delight. Highly recommended as a time for Oneself. The Spa and Salt water pool were an integral part of our relaxing time here. We will definitely be returning! What a find - a beautiful chateau in lovely gardens and surroundings. Lovely big bedroom and bathroom with robes, slippers, fluffy towels & good selection of toiletries, comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing & possibly the best we’ve ever had. It was served by a very friendly lady starting with a fresh beautifully presented fruit salad. I had freshly cooked scrambled eggs followed by continental breakfast with delicious pastries & croissants etc. We hope to return one day!

We had a lovely stay. The owners were very nice and helpful and made an extra effort to provide me with gluten-free crepes at breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was also excellent. I would recommend it and will stay there again if I am in the area.

It’s a cozy B&B house in a picturesque village. The breakfast with local products was amazing, and waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning made it even more special.

Clean and functional room with air conditioning. Towels and soap included. No kettle for hot drinks. A pay for hot & cold drinks / snack machine in the foyer. A good selection of continental breakfast with excellent coffee / hot drinks dispenser. Friendly staff with reasonable / good English. A clean hotel with plenty of parking. Easy to find on outskirts of Saint Lo. There was an ok Italian restaurant next door and a grill restaurant on the same block. A McDonald restaurant near by.

Clean room, great staff, nice location with our room overlooking a green and tree area. Very quiet - just what we wanted for 1 night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in this Chateau. From the moment we entered the drive until we left everything was "wow". The building and grounds were quite a sight and the restoration that has been carried out was sympathetic to the period in the public rooms while providing up to date facilities in the bedrooms. The views across the gardens and over the French countryside were terrific and our hosts were very helpful during our stay.
