"Stayed on 5th floor. King room. The door latch caught going in or out and made a terrible racket. All the doors seemed to slam loudly. The bed was extremely hard. The room wouldn’t cool down from 75 degrees. The tub didn’t drain well. It sounded like something was being dropped overhead, a loud thump, even though it's the top floor, many times in the night. The cleaning crew was very loud in the morning. Worst night in a hotel in a very long time. Traffic was horrible bc of road construction. The traffic flow through the light only allowed 1 or 2 cars to turn left at a time and no one wanted to let anyone out of the hotel parking lot. So plan on extra time if you stay there. "

"The lobby is very nice, the mirror in one of the rooms was dirty and a few stains on the couch, otherwise it was a nice suite, it is very close to downtown Burlington"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in room as we reserved an accessible room and was surprised by lack of safety bars in bathroom/tub. Furniture and building felt very outdated and worn and surfaces were chipped. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We appreciated that there was a box fan in the room to circulate the air. Breakfast was adequate - I found mold on some of the english muffins and tossed them so no one else took them. Would have loved to have had access to good quality Vermont coffee!"
