"The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location is also centralized from all of the activities that we planned. I will even take it a step further and share that I went to one the infamous fancy restaurants there that has a great scenic view and the bulk was over $120 per person but I left the restaurant wishing that I had the resorts dinner instead. So overrated. I would definitely come back to Sugar Bay Resort! "

"We stayed for a week in the ocean front room. Loved how large the room and bathroom were. There is so much storage space for clothes. The kitchen was great, had refrigerator, microwave and stove top. We were able to make some breakfasts and eat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful azure ocean. The only issue we had were the pillows. They were the most uncomfortable pillows we ever slept on. There are no condiments or paper products in the rooms, but there are several stores very close by in which to purchase anything you needed like paper towels, tissues etc. I would definitely return again and highly recommend if you're looking for a beautiful, quiet atmosphere at the beach."
