We loved the hotel and had a great trip. The only issue we had was the elevators seemed to have had some issues, we waited close to an hour for an elevator. We understood it was Christmas in New York but someone should have addressed the elevator issue by at least acknowledging the issue and communicated with the guests what was going on, possibly offering free bottles of water while we waited.

The hotel has a modern feeling, which was great.
The room had plenty of space for a couple. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
The downstairs "grab and go café" we loved. The coffee options were great and very reasonable priced.
There are 2 negatives for our stay. The room door slams closed if you don't hold it, which will wake you, if your neighbors come home late. Also we stayed at the 25th floor, which in the morning it took twice almost 10 min for the elevator to arrive. But with that being said, it would not stop us though from coming back to this property!

Last resort overnight
Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal

An OK place to stop..
Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really.
