I booked the hotel and received confirmation of booking. The hotel was very difficult to find with my gps. I finally found it because I saw a crosswalk in the photo. The building was in complete darkness and no one was there. No one answered the phone. It was late in the evening and I had to look for another hotel and then try to get my payment back. Not good….

Booked through hotels.com but on arrival the hotel was closed. We knocked repeatedly and finally a woman opened the door and told us to go away. We showed her the booking and she left us standing in the rain while she contacted hotels.com. Finally got a room and she continued to be rude. So we then offered to cancel rather than put up with her attitude - but she refused!

Slechte accommodatie, verwarming was stuk dus de kamer was veel te koud tijdens de winternacht en er kwam tocht via de vensters naar binnen.

l hotelier n avait pas ma reservation et dit ne pas connaitre e booker , la douche est sur le palier , la chambre sale et non insonorisée ,le parking est une cour pleine de gravas et non fermé , le restaurant etait fermé je n avais pas cette information comment e booker controle t il ses adresse ? je suis trés mécontente j rissetto

Bon accueil et personnel aimable, mais............ Evitez la chambre à 41 euros! avec soi disant le petit déjeuner compris qui vous sera facturé, car "c'est une erreur", la salle de bain privée a juste un lavabo, ni douche, ni baignoire. La télé ne fonctionnait pas. L'hotel est en bord de route et cette chambre est par conséquent bruyante. Comme il n'y a pas de clim, vous étouffez ou vous dormez entre deux passages de voitures.
