"The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager"

"We had a beautiful, large room with a canopy bed. All the furniture was elegant and antique in style. We had a huge bathroom with double sinks. The room came with robe and slippers. "Lovely hosts who have good recommendations and were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing, the rooms spacious, and breakfast was lovely. It is a little off the beaten track but that added to the charm for us. Would definitely return."
