"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"Hotel is closed for renovations. Was a a bit of a shock to show up late at night with everything closed up. There was communication sent earlier in the day that the reservation was changed to another hotel but I did not have cellular data. If it was not for two random guys across the street we likely would not have known what to do."

"Ficamos hospedados na Pousada Serena e, embora tenhamos tido uma estadia tranquila, provavelmente escolheríamos outro lugar da próxima vez. O preço cobrado é um pouco alto para o que é oferecido. A pousada é antiga, e não no sentido de ser charmosa ou com proposta vintage. É antiga mesmo, com móveis, pisos e acabamentos visivelmente desgastados, que parecem não ter sido trocados há muito tempo. O café da manhã é simples, nada muito especial, mas atende. A recepção é pequena e, quando há mais...
