"Staff very helpful, good option for an end of day meal, good breakfast, great nights sleep "

"Booked and paid for room through expedia however when we arrived late at night the reception was closed and the machine to get access would not accept our booking reference. We continued driving and ended up sleeping in car. We did not cancel and requested refund, this was refused Needless to say will never use again"

"Tiny room and beds and very cold lack of choice at breakfast "

"Not what we expected very surprised to find loo and bathroom on ground floor and shared with all inhabitants of the house. So surprised during a pandemic that only used things to a minimum also no hand gel provided. Do not feel house was made to be a BnB more like barging into someone's private house."

"Hotel is excellent; has off road parking and two large sitting areas, one interior and one exterior. Owners were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us; very friendly. Sadly, there was only one other person there and this was in the middle of August. We just loved the multi coloured rooms: very different and refreshing. "very good hotel, with easy parking possibilities. facilities in good shape with a nice staff. "

"From the location, just off the ring road roundabout, you would not think of this hotel - and what a treat you would miss. Stepping back in time, a gracious age, soft lighting and yet modern convenience. A lovely, spacious room with style and fun. Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. A treat to find, a joy to stay."

"The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. Location was great for walking around the old town"
