I was able to check in late, even after reception hours, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. When we had to check out early in the morning, they kindly provided us with breakfast to-go, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best spot to stay at, if you want to be near the train station as restaurants. Overall, excellent service and hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt."
