"Luggage storage: We had to leave our luggage since we arrived early, but they have their own storage on the top floor which was really handy. Room: The normal studio room was a bit smaller than I expected. But it was perfect for the both of us, apart from wobbly bed. Top floor: They have a massive communal area upstairs, we loved the pool table, and even used the oven to cook the pizza for our little date. They also have a nice terrace area upstairs overlooking the city and other side the mountains. Staff: The lady in the morning was very welcoming and so is the person I’m speaking to on Whatsapp. The only disappointment was when we had to go down to get some snacks and left half of our red wine tucked away on the side. The guy threw it away and told us to leave it in the fridge next time. *Don’t know about you but I don’t put my red wine in the fridge* Transport: It was quite easy to find the hotel, had to use the bus and tram from the airport but got there within 20 mins. The tram line stops literally in front of the hotel. Took us 8 minutes to get to town. They also gave us a free geneva pass for the day and used this to visit the old town and the boat. Geneva: Overall was pretty, the old town was beautiful and very clean. I would choose GENEVA over Zurich without any thought"

"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."

"Room was small but very functional, comfy, and clean. Check-in was online with instructions sent for how to access the hotel via keypads. The shared kitchen had a kettle, coffee, and a fridge. Location was great, a few minutes walk from Geneva train station. The hotel is on a main road however the windows were well insulated against the noise however when opened it was very noisy."
