The dining experience was five-star thanks to the owner and chef who has impeccable credentials including many prominent and royal families in Europe. Definitely a repeat for us."

She shared great insight and history about the property and about the surrounding area. We got great suggestions about highlights for our visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a unique decor. Breakfast was perfect with options for sitting inside or outside. We would love to go back and would recommend a stay to anyone visiting the Loire Valley areas. "

Roc was welcoming, gave us access to his family home and gardens, and an excellent restaurant recommendation in a nearby town. He even called to make a reservation for us. "
