"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "Had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is well located for the train station and on edge of town centre, easy walk to restaurants. The cabin rooms are in a nice garden location. The toilet is separate and downstairs from the bed and bathroom. Separate toilet and bath facilities are common in France, having them separated by a narrow concrete set of stairs may not be ideal depending on needs. There is also a boiler running continuously downstairs, although noisy there it can hardly be heard upstairs but you do hear trains rumbling from the line which is not directly by the property but apparently not so far off. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent."
