"Kitchen staff could not keep up with breakfast or coffee, room not cleaned, asked for extra items, pillow and towels, did not receive, employees at desk had alot of people friends standing around visiting and taking up space instead of waiting on customers, there was hair on toliet, the shower and the floor in the bathroom, and it did not appear to have the floor vacuumed, the potatoes on breakfast buffet were way to over seasoned and grits were crunchy. We will not be back, we will go to Holiday Inn Express"
