Clean room, great location

The whole unit was clean and accommodating. The only negative thing I would say would be the bedding. Very basic and had very lumpy comforter. Wasn’t the best sleep. Expected a little bit more quality at that price point. Other than that, great spot.

The hotel was great, close to everything, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very cutesy boutique hotel

Convenient location. In our first room the temperature was 18c and could not be adjusted as it is connected to a district heating system. We were informed by the receptionist that 18c is what is standard for Eurostar hotels, and were offered blankets. The room’s sofa was filthy and stovetop was dirty. We were then given another room where the AC was not yet connected so the room’s temperature was controlled by the outside’s higher temperature The sofa in the new room was slightly cleaner. The hotel definitely needs new sofas. There was only decaf coffee in the room. The terrace was unkept and disheveled, which was a shame because it had the potential to be very nice. Hallways and lobby were very clean
