"So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost.
The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift!
I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...
"Quite basic but excellent place to stay if touring the Alps. Easy walk into town for dinner, friendly staff with well stocked bar, breakfast plentiful but basic"
"Une nuit de passée : très bon accueil, très bon emplacement, parking voiture, draps et linge de toilette fournis. Deux belles chambres pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Seule "petite" remarque, poussière sous les lits. Mais je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement. "
"Un véritable havre de paix ! J’ai séjourné dans une chambre seule, confortable et impeccablement propre. Le restaurant est un pur délice : j’ai été servie comme une princesse, avec des plats savoureux et un service attentionné. L’auberge est nichée au cœur d’un hameau en pleine nature, au sommet des montagnes, offrant des vues à couper le souffle et une tranquillité absolue. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !"

"For a 16th (?) century village, this is an outstanding accommodation. The room was nice and very clean. I liked the location and the walk from the parking area was not too bad. The breakfast was excellent (see if you can get them to make you two croissants!). The area is EXCELLENT for exploring the Italian and French Alps. I had some of the prettiest hikes (and I'm from Colorado)!"
"Le logement est bien ainsi que le confort en revanche le repas est assez cher pour ce que ça été. La fondue n'était pas celle qui était annoncé ainsi que la charcuterie. Le petit déjeuner est assez simple pour le prix aussi. "
