manque de clarté dans la proposition. confusion sur le type d' hébergement en lien avec un descriptif trompeur entre hôtel et résidence.... il est stipulé sur ma réservation:"prix de la chambre pour " nuits"...... "nous avons confirmé votre réservation auprès de l hôtel"... a l’arrivée,vous vous trouvé en appartement .. Mais il faut surtout retenir de ce séjour,que la direction et le personnel de l hôtel ont fait preuve dune gentillesse et d'une délicatesse incommensurable. je tiens à le souligner mais surtout à remercier ces personnes pour leur professionnalisme. je réserverai à nouveau ce lieu plein de charme mais de façon directe. toute ma sympathie également pour l' équipe de thalasso spas.elles sont adorables. Our accommodation was not 5 star

We stayed in a self catering apartment which had superb views across the lagoon and to the sea and was operated by the hotel. The reception, bar and gardens were well presented , however, the apartment itself could not be described as 5 star as it was in need of refurbishment. We always assume that 5 star means luxurious, but would suggest that 3 star would be a more suitable classification for the apartment in its current condition. The small kitchen had all the necessary items, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine but needed a little attention to allow, for example, the fridge door to close without a good push. The bathroom and toilet were dated in appearance. The floor of the whole apartment was tiled, including the terrace and this required completely replacing.

Don't go there!

Terrible! Bathroom was full of mold. Service was also horrible. They didn't even know that the place was theirs. Rooms are also really really noisy. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

grand appartement avec belle terrasse

l'appartement est fonctionnel, jouissant d'un bel emplacement à 20m de l'hôtel l'île de la lagune. C'est un fait une ile avec un hotel et des appartements indépendants en propriété directe ou à la location. La vue est belle, vous pouvez aller faire votre jogging aux alentours (si il n'y a pas de vent...) et profiter de la piscine des hôtels (ile de la lagune à proximité et hotel la lagune à 1km ou vous irez chercher vos clés)
