We are glad to see that you appreciated the location of our hotel right on the sandy beach. However, we regret to see that your experience didn't entirely meet your expectations. All our "Classic" Rooms offer bathrooms open to the room. We also propose "Deluxe" and "Bulle Signature" rooms which have closed bathrooms with showers. We are surprised to read that you didn't enjoy the meals which doesn't reflect the opinion of the large majority of our clients. Please note that we only charge the refill of microfiltered water bottles. You can of course refill your bottles with normal tab water for free. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our establishment in order to let you discover our other rooms with may better fit to your expectations.
