B&B Hotel Orlando International Drive Near Universal - Newly Renovated!

"The location and free parking was a plus. Our room had some hair that had not been swept on the floor of our room, and the glass shower door did not close properly or line up with the fixed glass part of shower, causing water to spray out onto the bathroom floor. I enjoyed the YouTube and Netflix apps available on the large tv in the room. A couple of the exterior doors was not functional when tapping our keycard room key, making it difficult to get around the property without being locked out. The staff was helpful and friendly, but often missing from the front desk area. The coffee by the front desk was good, but there was often no or low amounts of the creamer, and the paper cups available were small. We probably would select a different hotel off IDrive next time, but we did enjoy our stay. We asked for a later check out, which was appreciated when provided to us. We accidentally left some food in the mini fridge after checking out, and after calling the front desk, the staff had our food waiting for us. "

"My Daughter and I came for a cheer competition. We had the best time at the pool in the waterslides. The water surfing was for 30 minutes twice a day for free with the package we got and she absolutely loved it. When we were there, I do not think that the restaurants staff at the pizza restaurant was prepared for the amount of people that were there that weekas they’ve messed up our order two nights in a row, but everything else was amazing."
