"The hotel is centrally located inside the old city walls. You can walk to all of the major historical monuments. The breakfast was great - Continental but good value and tasty. The restaurant right next door was good. We greatly enjoyed a dinner at La Tertre (you will need a reservation)"

The breakfasts were generous and delicious, with lovely homemade touches - all made even better by taking place in the beautiful courtyard. We stayed for 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer."

"Fantastic long weekend in Saint Emilion! Our host Michel was wonderful, super helpful and friendly throughout our stay at 537. Very communicative offering lots of advice on the local area and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We were celebrating our anniversary and he could not have done more for us to make it feel special. The room was perfect. Spacious, modern and amazing bath! "Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the kitchen for breakfast was not working well, but other than getting a good cup of coffee, everything was fantastic! Room was beautiful, and the winery tour was also really nice. Highly recommend!"
