Saint-Ay Trip

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

Our stay at Shangri-La Paris was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was exceptional. I had planned a very special surprise engagement during our stay, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the evening perfect. Every detail was handled beautifully and discreetly, and the staff made what was already one of the most important moments of our lives even more memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, the room and views of the Eiffel Tower are incredible, and there is a level of elegance here that is difficult to find anywhere else in Paris. What impressed us most, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Shangri-La Paris will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and we will absolutely return. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories that Elaina and I will never forget. Five stars in every way.

We LOVED our stay. You can’t beat the location. The staff were beyond wonderful.

Hotel Normandy checks all the boxes. Big, clean, quiet, AC and very close to the Louvre and shopping. The staff is very professional and helpful. We started four nights and slept great. And the bathroom was spacious enough for the two of us to get dressed at the same time. I highly recommend the Hotel Normandy le Chantier
