Sai Yok Trip

Since my arrival in the middle of heavy rain, staff greeted me warmly with a towel to dry myself and get comfortable already. They made check in smooth and were proficient in English to understand me. The public areas such as the foyer, corridors and rooftop bar was impeccable, comfortably cool and cosy. I'm a bit of a germophobe so this made me happy. Staff were always chatty and so welcoming. I actually miss how nice the people were in Thailand overall, since coming home. But the hotel staff were especially the nicest. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. Reading any negative reviews I saw last month was no an accurate reflection of this lovely hotel. I've travelled alot and this is genuienly a hotel I would come back to again. They even gave me a free breakfast upgrade! Food and cocktails were absolutely excellent too. So please, make yourself at home here.

Loverly hotel right next to the Chinese quarter, had live music on and staff were friendly.

This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This has to be be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I been going to Thailand for more than 20 years and never stayed in a hotel so bad. supposed to be a 4 Star ?? its dirty, old and out dated. The furniture is all damaged, old and chairs wobble.. There is no security and anyone can get in the lift without using a digital key card. The rooms are not soundproof, need I say more ! People running up and down the corridor shouting at each other from room to room and on the last day pest control was arranged for all rooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Rooms are top tier. Clean, modern and the beds are more comfortable than major 5 star luxury hotels like the Hilton or Hyatt Regency. The only thing that’s not 5 star is the gym. If you’re a gym guy then this hotel is lacking in this area. The gym is very small limited to two basic benches dumb bells, an older cable machine with limited exercises and a treadmill and bicycle
