They also advertise as breakfast included, but it doesn't appear it is complement."

We asked for it to be cleaned and it did not work after they cleaned it. We were told to hand in our key before we go out if we wanted “room cleaning”. We handed in our key, went out for 4-5 hours and found that nobody had cleaned the room before we came back...
