Loved this cute studio apartment! It had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood is calm, restaurants, grocery store, and walking distance to the corniche about 15 minutes.
The host is helpful and easy to communicate with.

Room in serious need of upgrades. The hair dryer started smoking when turned on, the shower leaked on the floor, the wooden floors need refinishing the TV didn’t work, the person who runs the bar tells you the price and when collecting it’s always different and of course higher. Any bar/dining that does not allow signing
To the room or use of a credit card is probably not 100% scrupulous

I have requested multiple times to change my room and asked for an upgrade, being a platinum member with Expedia , they haven’t responded as per expectations.
Which is very strange, please teach your staff the basics of how to deal with customers first.
This is so disappointing.

The hotel was clean , rooms could use a coat of paint but overall a great stay . Breakfast was decent ( the coffee on the other hand was one of the worst I've had in a hotel ) , reception staff was very friendly & welcoming , the ones doing breakfast seemed like they didn't want to be there but nevertheless ...
