"Customer service was excellent. Very clean hotel but very old and very uncomfortable mattresses - springs in the back. So many stairs made it very difficult to transport your luggage. Yes there is an elevator but stairs are unavoidable - either way you are carrying up or down a flight of stairs. This was very hard on the back. Would not stay here again"
