"Very lovely spot to recharge and relax. Staff was almost universally friendly and helpful. The resort is built on the side of the hill so there is a lot of walking up and down hills to get to the various parts if the resort"

"Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns."
