"Very spacious rooms, the bunker beds are awesome. My son loved it, the food in the cafe is very nice. The onsen bath was so relaxing. There are free popsicles and soda bottles and colors for kids which is very thoughtful. The bus station is right next to the hotel."

"After spending 18 days in various hostels around Japan, and hundreds of days around the world, this one had been my absolute favorite. The best sleep I have gotten on my trip and the breakfast was an amazing treat. Walking distance to most sights."

"The front desk had excellent English speakers and were so helpful. The room I had was extremely small, but I knew that when I booked. The location was convenient with many shops and restaurants in the basement of the hotel and a short walk to Shinjuku station"
"Highly recommend this hotel, pictures of the hotel is as - beautiful facility. My only recommendation of improvement is to add weights in the gym. The train station within 3 minutes walk was convenient. Family mart attached to the building was nice. As well, 7 eleven, local restaurants nearby and grocery store was convenient too. Nice quiet location. I would stay here again."
"Booking system was down upon arrival. Had to wait a few hours to check-in. Rest of stay was good. Room was clean. Glad the pillows had changed to more standard pillow sizes since my first stay in 2017."
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel is conveniently on the 3rd floor for departures in Terminal 3, the International terminal. It’s quiet and perfect for a layover or even longer. Breakfast voucher was unnecessary to purchase because all the airport restaurants and stores are right up the escalator near the hotel entrance. Service was excellent, they are all so helpful, and everything was very clean. Shower was perfect, spray could be very strong and get very hot, so I had to adjust down. All toiletries provided as well as pajama. Bed was very comfortable. I absolutely recommend Royal Park."
"There were a few minor problems during our stay. The staff addressed them quickly and professionally when we brought them to their attention.
One of the beds in our room caused me severe neck pain. It wasn't until the third day that my wife and I switched beds to test that it was the bed. We believe the bed was not level and we had to fight it all night. When she slept in it, we propped one leg up so it was more level. The staff gave us complementary late check out - it was the last day of our stay. Having a comfortable bed is a basic requirement of a hotel, even though this may have been hard to diagnose.
The trash bin in the laundry room was overflowing. When we called this in, they took care of it immediately and swept up the floor. It seems guests didn't know how to clear the lint screens, so our first load in the dryer took a long time. There was no trash can in the laundry in the Annex, so we had to carry the lint through several rooms to get to a trash can.
Having the subway corridor connect underground all the way from the station to the hotel was a nice bonus. It meant we didn't have to wait for lights or spend too much time in the hot direct sun."
"After a 30 hour travel day, this was the stay I needed. I was only there for a night but I wished I could stay longer. The staff were amazing and extremely kind and helpful when all I wanted to do was lay down and sleep.
I've never had a more wonderful hotel experience in my years of travel."
"Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et patience. Un hôtel très propre, beau, avec une magnifique vue sur la skytree tower. Chambre confortable, un espace convenable pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Le restaurant/bar au dernier étage est très chic avec une vue superbe. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bien. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel."
