I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach.
