"Stayed at the historic premium king room. Absolutely perfect it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and if you’re infatuated with historical architecture and interior you will love your stay. The hotel itself is stunning and well decorated not your typical whitewashed characterless hotel! Can’t wait to see what other rooms look like in the historical wing on our future trips! "

"Unable to comment on breakfast as we never had this. Room was clean, cleaner and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised for what was a ‘budget’ hotel. Only minor negative was the shower which was difficult to adjust the angle and, as the room was classed as accessible, a wet room or walk in shower would have been better but overall we were very happy with the whole experience "
