Easily accessed by public transit if you've got the correct address. Make sure they know you're coming, as they were unaware I had made the reservation. "Hi, the property was nice, but in the middle of the rice fields. They did not serve dinner, so you have to take a tuktuk to town. The room itself was large and beautiful, but the AC did not work and there was no fridge in the room."
