The hotel is nice and very clean. It is unfortunate that the spa closes on Sundays, I also don’t understand why the restaurant closes in the afternoon for a couple of hours.

We went to Hotel Winters for our anniversary. When we got there we were greeted by guest services (Georgia) and offered a glass of wine as we checked in. Our room was excelent. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. I have nothing bad to say! We will be back.

I was blown away by Hotel Winters. It's a very modern upscale hotel in the quaint city of winters which just an hour's drive from me. This place was amaxing, a small town feel with country vibes. Just amazing. We will be staying agsin!

I’ve stayed there four times and the first two times was terrific. The last two times I stayed there they gave me a room that was not on par for what I paid for. :( The staff was incredibly rude & refused to discuss it. I will never stay there again.

Eager staff, beautiful accommodations
An excellent job was done in making this hotel shine. If our room would have had another chair besides the desk chair it would have been perfect. The staff were eager to help but all of them came across as being new to their roles. We did enjoy the “welcome” glass of wine, that we sipped in the courtyard while relaxing by the water fall wall. The attached restaurant has an impressive layout, but the food was mediocre and the staff were clearly just learning the ropes.

Was awake from midnight to after 3am with noise from plumbing. Sounded like it was from the room above. The room was sparse with no microwave and low end fixtures. They use non eco friendly bathroom products. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly
