The room itself was good. I did not like the automatic fan feature in the bathroom as I would have preferred to be able to turn it on/off manually. Also, the conditioner was out when I went to take a shower which was not ideal.

This hotel was super modern, elegant, and very clean and quiet. Close to the casino, and the surrounding city has a lot of things to do. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but could use some improvements. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

I really enjoyed our stay, close to everything, good shower pressure, nice spacious rooms. Only issue was breakfast was out of juice, horrible “gourmet” coffee, and out of food items at 8am.

Nicely updated and comfortable property. Limited streaming options and slow internet, I brought WiFi so it didn’t adversely affect me. If you expect to connect to all streaming services bring a firestick or Roku and have portable WiFi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Best Hotel I’ve Stayed in the area.
I booked 2 rooms for myself and Adult kids. We stayed overnight to attend a comedy show at Thunder Valley. Convenient location and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Room was spacious. Check-in this time took longer than normal. The staff had to print out the room availability and tried to figure which room to assign to us, which was a little unusual. The TV remote control was on the floor when we went in, and the microwave was dirty (with lots of pizza splat). This is the first time we'd experienced this relative uncleanliness within the past 3 years. We typically stay at this hotel 5 to 6 times a year for kids' sport tournaments. We used to get text from the hotel to welcome us and to see how our stay was going, but we didn't at this stay.

All good except room should have been more clean.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was much better than expected. Only issue was that the room had a mild dusty smell and sheets for roll- out coach didn’t appear to have been washed. Overall the room should have been cleaner.
