"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The service was amazing we especially liked that there was a bar and restaurant right there at the hotel. Our bar tender Bryce was absolutely amazing the drinks he made us were delicious. The manager Mike was also amazing the breakfast was delicious. Thanks to the both of them we will be booking another trip with family soon. Thank you! ✌🤎😊"

"All the staff was great. Front desk and karen, housekeeping. Dinner in the Pilot House room was wonderful. Pilot bar also was great. Only regret, was having some comfortable chairs to sit out on the Riverside of the boat and enjoy the view and weather."

"The hotel itself was very nice, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff left me feeling discriminated against and treated differently from another guest. I went downstairs to get a coffee and watched a male guest in front of me order a coffee from the restaurant. He was given the coffee without being charged or asked for a voucher. When I ordered a coffee immediately afterward, I was given a bill and told I had to pay. I questioned why I was being charged when I had just watched another guest receive the same coffee for free. I was then told that I needed a breakfast voucher. The problem is that I was never given a breakfast voucher at check-in, nor was I informed that one was required. If a voucher was necessary, this should have been clearly communicated to me and applied consistently to all guests. Witnessing another guest receive the same item without being charged, while I was immediately asked to pay, made me feel singled out and discriminated against. Whether this was staff error or something else, the treatment was inconsistent and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews the situation to ensure all guests are treated fairly and consistently."

"The Heritage Inn has been around for a really long time! Over the years I’ve seen it change many hands and watched the property and the rooms get worse and worse. I recently stayed for 5 days and it’s like a totally different place, on the inside! The rooms have gotten a total makeover and are really really nice now! I also love how the bathtubs are oversized too! The pool was really nice and really clean. The outside of the property still looks like it did 25 years ago, but the rooms are much better! I would highly recommend! I’ll be staying again soon!"
