Reception area was nice, rooms were fine except mold in shower grout. Did give us a rather unsettled feeling as we read the sign in our parking area stating that a “bait” car was parked there to deter auto “theft”.

well the hotel was nice but not sure why we were put in no man’s land when the hotel was basically empty. also when i was booking it came up as being in walking distance of Golden One but it was 7 miles away. so we still had to uber to the venue. there is a restaurant but no continental breakfast and the coffee bar was closed. the pool was nice and since it was a monday. we had it to ourselves. Also expedia screwed us over on using our one key cash.

The floor wasn’t vacuumed my son kept finding pieces of wood on our first night and putting it in his mouth almost as if you don’t vacuum your facilities as a parents not comfortable

The ac didn’t work at all. Maintenance came and said “I don’t know what to tell you”. It was incredibly hot and miserable. I was kind and I requested to change rooms and the front desk was incredibly rude and I packed up and went to check out. They couldn’t/ wouldn’t give me a printout and charged me regardless. I’ve been calling the hotel for 5 days and the general manager refuses to speak to me or return my calls. Now I have to deal with a credit card dispute. I only wanted a new room with working ventilation. This hotel ruined my work trip.

The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy for the hotel. The ice machines were down, but the rest of the facilities were great. The breakfast cost about 15 a person but it was delicious!

Disappointed in outward appearance. Dirty dried out landscaping, trash blowing around parking lot. Pool sun rotting chairs, no towels, dead plants. Lobby redone was nice but sparse. Coffee shop not open, gym closed, weird smell (glue?) in hallways. Overall run down but a mess bringing it back. I expect Hilton to do better, not allow it to be that bad before updating.

Horrible staff took over an hour to check in and with all the issues when I spoke to management next morning I was told they cannot refund me they can only offer me free breakfast . Unexceptionable for a hotel of this size to not treat its customers better . No sorry just here is some free food

Greeted by a fat roach scurrying into the bathroom upon entering my room. Several more seen by the fridge in my room as well. Colleagues of mine also reported seeing roaches in their rooms as well. Additionally some, BDSM conference (Northwest Leather Celebration) was being held this weekend and the meeting rooms near my room were filled with loud moaning, screaming, and grunting from multiple people. Finally, as a single woman traveling alone I find it concerning that at 7 pm I had someone knocking at my room door claiming to be an engineer sent to fix my AC, stating I had made a request for it (I did not). I did not answer the door. Not a comfortable stay.

They had a problem at the hotel, and they canceled my room. The worst thing was, they wouldn’t even try to help me find a room at another hotel even though there was a sister Hilton hotel less than a mile away.

Was given a suite still being renovated. No hot water for 2 days before we checked in and no warning until we arrived at 10 pm. When we asked for compensation we were given the excuse that because we booked through a third party (expedia) they couldn't do anything about it beside give us free breakfast. Having no hot water is a health hazard. Employees just wash their hands with cold water and soap? The hotel management has terrible excuses for their crappy service.

Our stay started good until there was no hot water on our second night. We were staying for 4 nights and on the second night when there was no hot water, I called front desk to ask about this. They told me the whole building had no hot water and that they were working on this. We had to shower with COLD water. On the 3rd night when we attempted to shower again, it was still cold. At this point, I was trying to be patient but still not fair for me because I’m literally paying for this. I talked to front desk and they moved us to another wing of the hotel where there was hot water now I guess. We were able to have warm water but the shower faucet for the hot and cold was literally working opposite. If you wanted warm water you needed to use the cold side of the faucet. Then, in our new room the wooden dresser that holds a mini fridge had black stains and almost looked like black mold. We then realized that the fridge leaks water and that was why it was black. Before checking out, we communicated to the front desk about the fridge. Their answer was they already knew about it… also, on weekends they only serve cold breakfast like yogurt and fruit lol. I was surprised about that.. all over I give the restaurant a 6/10
