"We love staying here. We have stayed here many times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a huge benefit if you are exploring downtown. We were a walk away from everything on our list. Rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good too. "

"Everything was very clean, and the bed was really really comfortable. We had an event at the convention center so this was the perfect place. Would definitely go back when there wasn’t a ton of snow on the ground so we could check out the downtown Providence area."

"They were working on elevators. Only 1 out of 3 were working. The one that was working broke with several people on it including a father, his son, and daughter. They were stuck for 25 mins. There was a picture of a pool on the website, and there was no pool. They advertised a hot breakfast buffet but did not have any. When I went to the front desk to ask a girl with braids gave me attitude like I was screaming when I was perfectly calm. There was smoke i. The elevator from them jackhammering, before it broke.
