"It’s an older place, anyone who is expecting a 5star room needs to lower their expectations, a lot! Especially for the price! I’ve stayed here twice now. Staff has always been amazing! Minor issues or inconveniences, but again….its an older place and the price is decent! I’ll be back in town next weekend, and of all of the places I’ve stayed on my trip to TX, Days is the best, so I’ll be staying here again! "

"Room was clean, staff was great. The only complaint was that it didn’t take much for the smoke detectors to go off when cooking, but other than that it was great"

"Check in was easy.Breakfast was amazing…The ladies in house keeping were so nice. They overheard me talking to my partner about needing a barn cat and she told us they have some kittens that are outside if I can give them a dafe home. I was able to catch two. They are falling in love with the horses and the baby chicks. Thank you all the way from Texas for an all around stay!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was easy to find, and the room was a great value for what it was. My only complaint is that the bathtub, toilet, sink, and room floor were all dirty. Everything just needed a good scrub. Beyond that, the bed was comfortable and the room was very nice, if I'm ever in Sulfur again I will likely stay here again."

"Stayed in room 200. The room and property were very clean. Although the rooms could definitely use some updating and there was a stale smell in the room. Mold in the tub/shower area, faucet for tub/shower constantly dripped after a shower. After trying to swim in a very cold pool I ran water in the bathroom sink with the stopper closed to rinse off the chlorine from my bathing suit water started running all over under the sink. Where the refrigerator was looks like at one time there was a bad leak. The particle board furniture was swollen from water leaking. When trying to open the drawers next to where the refrigerator is the door would have to be open to be able to open the drawers. The beds were decent. If in the area again I’d probably consider staying there again. Wasn’t the worst lodging I’ve ever stayed at."

"Room and Bathroom were clean and fresh. Linen was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Parking area was well lit at night and void of holes. "
