Embora bem localizada, no Cetro Histórico, a Pousada deixa muito a desejar. Faltam cuidados de manutenção em geral, o café da manhã é fraco e o espaço pequeno, a garagem não atende a todos os hóspedes.

Funcionários atenciosos, quarto amplo e limpo, cama confortável. O chuveiro difícil de controlar a temperatura, se aumentar a intensidade do jato a água aquece demais. O frigobar está bastante danificado por ferrugem, uma pintura faria muita diferença na aparência do quarto. O que menos agradou foi o café da manhã, embora seja oferecida uma variedade significativa de alimentos, há descuidos na prestação do serviço, sobretudo em relação ao café: somente adoçado e frio.

Fui a trabalho e não gostei muito do estilo do hotel, internet muito lenta, chuveiros que so funcionam no grau maximo de calor. Fora isso os outros quesitos ele atende bem.

Não indico, caso procure conforto.

O hotel oferece um bom café-da-manhã, apesar de ter faltado café com açúcar e algumas frutas. Sua localização auxilia no acesso ao centro histórico de Sabará, pois está a apenas 3 quadras da pracinha do coreto e próximo à Rua Pedro II (Rua Direita), à Rua Borba Gato, Igreja Nossa Senhora do Carmo, Igreja Nossa Senhora das Mercês, Museu do Ouro, Igreja Nossa Senhora do Rosário e um pouco mais distante, mas com facilidade para se deslocar a pé da Igreja São Francisco e Chafariz do Kaquende. O maior destaque do hotel fica por conta da gentileza e prestatividade funcionários, os quais demonstraram muita educação e disposição para prestar algumas informações. Os pontos negativos são, principalmente, o estado das instalações, tais como quarto e banheiro. O apartamento que fiquei foi o nº 9. Nele, o madeiramento do quarto está todo carunchado, as cortinas são curtíssimas e deixam toda luminosidade adentrar no quarto de manhã. A cama de casal são duas camas de solteiro emendadas e mais parecem sofás-cama, pois são muito duras e desconfortáveis. No quarto não há guarda-roupa e nem armário. Há apenas uma cômoda. A janela do banheiro faz divisa com uma área de serviço do hotel, causando um certo incômodo, pois escuta-se o pessoal conversando e barulhos de balde, água e vassouras.
