"Stayed here with a group and we all had different rooms. Really decent spot, great location that’s very close to supermarkets and the mall. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. Didn’t get much hot water from the shower even though I tried everything that was suggested, so that was a negative for me. Great service via WhatsApp - they were very responsive and helpful, especially as we were checking in after hours. Overall it was a good place to stay for what we needed!"
Kunuku Resort All Inclusive Curacao, Trademark by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"The room was wet when we arrive and was not so clean, but the staff was very friendly except the restaurant staff but a beautiful place to go.
We had a blast there. Thank you very much "
"If we come back to Curaçao, we would definitely stay at Bed and Bike again. Everything was exceptional, however the food could be improved. The menu options are great but a few things would improve the menu: offer fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. If using frozen fruit for the smoothies, which is perfectly fine, make sure the frozen fruit is well sealed to avoid freezer burn. Breakfast service could start earlier and more than one staff for the busy periods like on the weekend. One server left the bag melting on the counter when they were distracted by multiple customers asking for things. It took him 20 min to complete making the smoothie because he stopped several times to make other customers that came after us, coffee. Our dinner was overdone "
"This is one of those places that actually do look like the pictures, to be honest pictures don't even do it justice. It blew my mind with the stunning view! There is tons of creatures to see iguanas, lizards, birds, and plenty in the water with great snorkeling or diving right down the front steps. If you are looking for diving lessons they have a world class instructor right on site who is amazing. Or if you just want to relax you can lay out on your balcony or take a quick swim or short walk down to the beach. All the staff is wonderful, super helpful, friendly and will give you recommendations to their favorite beaches or restaurants no problem and assist you with anything you may need. The only bad part is having to leave!"
"Keisha was amazing when we arrived she was very friendly and accommodating. Always had a smile and ready to answrr all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay and the property was beautiful and the food was delicious! "
"Great communication from host prior to check in, unit was equipped with everything we needed, loved the pool area and the great location.. would definitely return!"
"The check in process was a nightmare. Took hours . So we had to just wait around. Then when we finally got someone to take us to the room, she left us and we didn’t know where she went, so we had to wait on someone else. When we got to our villa, it was hot, the air was not on. Each room had separate air conditioner, but the rooms had windows you could not close to keep air in. The pool was not cleaned. The WiFi didn’t work, so they had to bring us a hot spot instead. One of the bathrooms in the villa flooded when we tried to take a shower. It was too many things not right and the location is about 35-40 min from all the fun. "
"Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers "
