The breakfast buffet has various options and is fresh. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel rooms need updates. Many features, such as the walls, windows, and bathroom look dated and are in need of minor repair.

El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
The staff is excellent and very friendly. Fausto, Jacinto, Kaisley ( at the Royal reception) and the other receptionist at Royal, the receptionist at the 5th Floor, the people who received us including the guy who left our baggage. The hotel is very good and the location also was excellent.
