We booked the deluxe suite (with a sauna, bathtub, amazing Mountain View) but were not given our booked rooms due to double booking by the hotel which was unprofessional and greedy. In compensation we were first offered a junior suite which was a downgrade compared to our original booking as it only had the extra living space but no sauna, no bathtub and a very poor view from the bedroom.
