Good value for money
You get value for money here. Interior is dated, very 80s, but in good condition. Clean and had a comfortable sleep. Friendly staff. A bit bothersome was the smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Would stay again though.

A lovely overall experience, with pleasant, professional staff and an exceptionally clean hotel. Parking was a bit tricky but not impossible. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Pleasant stop over
Only stayed 1night for rest room was basic and not very comfortable, no air conditioning, and no way to charge any items like phone, unless you unplug TV and lamp which is low down under small desk area. Has split LV floor meaning you have stairs to negotiate with your case no matter what floor. Breakfast was ok and free. Never felt welcome but location was only redeeming thing, restaurants and supermarket nr by and some transport links and petrol station if you're driving. Overall basic hotel room that could do with good clean and updated all round and some extra per sockets

Good for a one nighter
The hotel was adequate and did everything you would expect though It was dated. The area is good for places to eat and drink just walk left down the street a few blocks.

Easy and pleasant stay.. If a little warm.
No air con.. It was a very warm room had obviously caught the afternoon sun.. Everything in the description was as per.. WiFi excellent throughout the hotel, lovely breakfast. Easy stay. Saarsbruken is a lovely place. Vibrant nightlife it was Saturday.

J'avais réservé un lit double pour une nuit mais a notre arrivée c'était 2 lit simple j'ai bien expliqué que j'avais réservé une chambre double avec un lit double mais aucun effort à été fait par le personnel d'accueil pour me fournir une autre chambre avec lit double.

Propere eenvoudige stille kamers, goede bedden, met "vintage" meubilair en oude badkamer. Aangename ontvangst en uitgebreid ontbijt in mooie ruimte. Zwembad en sauna maakt hier een zeer compleet voor deze prijsklasse. Het totaal is beter, dan verwacht !

Da ist seit Jahren nichts mehr modernisiert worden ... in meinem Zimmer ist der TV seitlich hinterm Bett --- das macht keinen Sinn.. Mal ein bisschen modernisieren - wäre empfehlenswert.

Vorab sei gesagt das das Personal und der Service des Hauses sehr gut und entgegenkommend ist. Allerdings ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und es ist wenig in die Modernisierung investiert worden. Es richt schon etwas alt und abgestanden, wenn man bereits den Rezeptionsbereiich betritt. Das setzt sich dann im Treppenhaus und in den Zimmern fort. Manko zum Beispiel, keine Steckdosen an den Nachtschränken. Man muss unter den Schreibtisch kriechen um Laptop oder Handy einzustöpseln. Für mich der Nachts auch noch ein kleines medizinisches Gerät anschließen musste war das natürlich nicht optimal. Das Hotel hatte bestimmt seine Glanzzeiten, denn die Grundausstattung mit Hallenbad, gutem Service auch beim Frühstück und die Nähe zur Saar und zur Innenstadt sind hervorragend. Wenn man etwas mehr modernisieren würde könnte das ein tolles Hotel, sprichwörtlich eine "kleine Perle" sein. Für mich als Geschäftsreisender ist das leider momentan nicht so optimal, da ich gerne etwas mehr Komfort suche. Vielleicht in ein paar Jahren wieder.

Herzlichen Dank für den ausführlichen Kommentar und die ausgewogene Beurteilung. Modernisierungen sind, insbesondere in der jetzigen Zeit, mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden. Diese auf unsere sehr günstigen Zimmerpreise umzulegen, ist auf dem hart umkämpften Saarbrücker Hotelmarkt schwer durchzusetzen. Der Druck durch die neuen Kettenhotels ist nicht unerheblich. Wir bemühen uns, mit dem freundlichen Service, Hallenbad, Sauna und einem überdurchschnittlich guten und reichhaltigen Frühstück zu punkten.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit Hoteleigenem Hallenbad und Sauna, alle Zimmer liegen in einer ruhigen Gegend in Saarbrücken, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und am nächsten Morgen gab es auch ein richtig gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert! Preisverhältnis in dieser Hotelunterkunft passt auch.

Die Rezeptionisten beide (im Rentenalter) sind 'gewöhnungsbedürftig' ...das Hallenbad (Schimmel an den Wänden) und vorallem die Sauna sind renovierungsbedürftig. Hatte ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer gewünscht bei Ankunft und ein ruhiges Starkraucherzimmer bekommen. Musste erst einmal intensiv durchlüften. Ansonsten war das Zimmer okay, einfach, aber sauber. Frühstück war gut und Frühstückservicekraft war sehr gut und mega freundlich/kommunikativ. 😊

Der Sinn (oder besser der Unsinn) Ihrer Bemerkung, die Rezeptionisten sind beide im Rentenalter, die übrigens falsch ist, erschließt sich mir nicht. Ebenso falsch ist die Behauptung, dass im Schwimmbad Schimmel an den Wänden sei. Wenn Ihre Nase so empfindlich ist, dass Sie im Zimmer Rauch gerochen haben, weil ein Gast vielleicht vor Wochen, trotz Verbot, darin geraucht hat, hätte eine kurze Rücksprache mit der Rezeption für Abhilfe gesorgt.

Hotel basic pour ce que c'est . Interieurs a refaire entierement surtout les salles de bain une odeur de chlore vous etouffe quand vous rentrer dans la piscine. Bref je recommande pas cet hotel.

Le parking devant l'hotel : 6 places et c'est payant. On a dû se garer au centre commercial. Chambre désuète. On entend beaucoup de bruit . Menage vers 7h30 avec fracas dans les couloirs. Plus d'oeuf au petit déjeuner à 9h30. Piscine chauffée très tiède. Pas de spa. Ambiance froide.
