My wife & I had a great stay at this lovely new hotel in the Seef area which is conveniently located near the Malls & banks. The room was clean, spacious & nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly & efficient.

The best Hilton I have stayed at by some distance. Pretty much brand new (opened Dec 25) and very very well located. We had a car hired so everything was within 10/15 mins driving distance (would highly recommend hiring a car!)
We had the 2 bedroom sea view suite which was on the 41st floor of the east tower. Perfect for my family of 4 (2x Adults and 2 boys aged 12&8). Ample space to sleep and also lounge with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. 2 x bathrooms with showers (one in each...

The hotel new and open recently
The area is very good and nearby must of the attractions
But the room cleaning is not up to the standard we found the toilet not cleaned well and there’s some hairs on the bed

All staff are friendly helpful and polite attitude…even the porter and the outside staff

Upgraded to Junior suite as recommended by checkin staff because the standard King room is a bit boxed in if you have kids.
Had some issues with the lounge but duty manager Mr Mohammad Farouk took care of daily breakfast and lounge access at Westin.
The hotel staff really are the people who make this location worth staying in and the stay enjoyable.
Decent gym with 24 hour access - breakfast was great along with the Fuzon cafe Westin.
Services like laundry were reasonable and 24/7 valet...
