The rooms could use better beds (a true king size bed instead of 2 twins). The rooms could be beautiful with a bit of tweak in design, "

"This is NOT a 4 sater hotel, expect a 3 star hotel with a 4 star location. I will add that the front desk is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My wife and I have traveld the world and a lot in Europe. We have found a common thread in Catalonia, not just at this property. People here a generally rude and aggresive. People in the service industries who make their living from the tourist trade, seem very inconvenienced by it all and bothered that you exist. Rude treatement from a front desk clerk in this part of the world is a common occurance, so don't let it get to you. Costa Brava is beautiful beyond compare, just be prepared for the other part...."
