"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. "Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."
